I book for my anniversary hoping get well romantic moment but it been rude by the hotel staff when checkin with no grooming at all with untidy blazer and mess hair told me “lain kali before booking call dulu” wait adakah itu cara customer service for 5 star hotel me as customer you blaming me back? How if i from oversea i need to call all hotel for ask? wow great generation i think not only that no makeup room been done until i make a complaint with the FOM also waiting for bath gel and shampoo for 45 minute actual time seriously? how come this such of service can call it 5 star oh come on i’m paying full price same like other but why i get this such of LAYANAN. MAH can you double check again this hotel how come can get 5 star acting plus this staff call name Asif/Arif can declared himself as manager but actual he is FOA and just work for few months i think this is fraud over here YOU Zenith hotel lie to US how come 5 star hotel practice this attitude what a shame totally so much totally just waste my money but 1 thing i can respect and enjoy is their for breakfast and service upon my anniversary dinner time arrange by Mr Rafidi Thank you and Your delight and fun team also to Mr Roy and team thank you atleast terubat la sikit hati marah ni btw just to clear ni i bayar full juga ya bukan service recover atau apa tolong jgn salah faham for Front Office And HouseKeeping after the such service no service recovery at all even say sorry what kind stupid hotel is this i first time datang pahang with family buat malu saja this will be my first and last to your hotel lepas ni datang pahang better stay service apartment

Booked with Agoda as the membership website is down to register and to earn points as the 1st timer. I paid for one of the highest room rates for 2 nights and my expectation for a 5 star hotel was only DISAPPOINTMENT. ** So much to say here, but those who has been given low rate to this hotel KNEW what I am talking about!! The other concern is about safety. I was staying at 18th floor, I was suprised as there was no cctv at the lift area??? Only at the alley. What if something happened at the lift area??? Another issue was, some of the lifts allowed other guests to simply access other guests'floors which were not permitted by any other 5 star hotels with proper access keys. One thing for sure, your facility may reach to 5 stars, but there are things that you have overlooked and get away with it. Your services is way FAR from 5 stars! Your management should do something about it.

I booked my room through Agoda and arrived at Zenith Hotel Kuantan at 3:20pm just after the standard check-in time of 3:00pm. As the queue was long, so we decided to go for a late lunch & returned at 5:25pm only to be told the room wasn’t ready 🤨 It was quite surprising to be told the room wasn’t ready even by 5:30pm, especially for a 5-star hotel. The staff explained they had released the room to other guests who checked in earlier & we had to wait another hour. Unfortunately, there was no proper apology or empathy from the front desk, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, there was a leaking issue in the waiting area of the main lobby, with no signage to warn guests. The water posed a physical hazard, which I immediately informed the team about as this should be addressed promptly. I do hope the hotel improves its booking process, customer service & addresses safety concerns in the lobby area.

Good location opposite Parkson mall. Room not thoroughly clean especially toilet still with some dirt consider dirty for a 5 star hotel. Consider good hotel but generally facilities abit old need renovation

A hotel that does not live up to its name. A disappointment with the room quality below par considering it being a 5 star hotel. It is worth to know that my opinion will differ greatly if it is labelled as a 3 star hotel (probably shrugging all issues aside). Toilet was not in good condition (dim lights, and mold) and the smell of the room was musky. A ball of curly hair was found by the door upon entering for the first time. Not a good start to the stay and I decided to change the room for the aforementioned reasons. Explained to the receptionist and requested for a change of room but they stated I have to pay a certain cleaning fees as I have used the toilet. Because of that, I was eager to check out a day early as the room quality was disturbing. I complained and the manager subsequently came to the room promptly, providing an alternative room which was slightly better in comparison: the smell and apparent mold. All of the others, remained the same. All in all, do consider 4 star hotel near the area for a pleasant stay.
