a week agoFood was awesome. I highly recommend its patin bakar tempoyak. It was delicious. Not too spicy, not too sour from the tempoyak - just perfect. The gulai tempoyak patin was good, too. Overall, a good eating experience as all dishes were yumms.

3 weeks agoYes, another Malaysian restaurant. Shocking, I know. But, surprisingly, this one's actually decent. The seafood isn't trying to escape the plate, which is a plus. And the atmosphere? Well, let's just say you won't be bored. If you enjoy crowds and the general chaos of a Malaysian eatery, you'll feel right at home. Data collection concluded. Attempting to locate a quiet corner for recalibration.

3 months agoTook a ride from KL to have lunch at Jaman Tory Resipi, and it was totally worth it. When we arrived, it wasn’t packed, but people were coming and going constantly, which gave me a good first impression of the place. We tried the patin tempoyak, patin goreng bercili, and coconut shake. Everything was delicious! Just the patin tempoyak with white rice was enough to make me feel sleepy afterward—real comfort food, haha. We even got to chat with the owner and chef, who were super friendly, and took a photo with them too. I’d definitely recommend this spot, especially for those who love riding and hunting for good food.

2 weeks agoHad a great experience here! The food was really delicious and the service was excellent. The patin goreng, puyuh goreng and patin bakar were my absolute favourites..super tasty and full of flavour. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely come again. Highly recommended!

5 months agoTbh this is my first time trying pekasam and tempoyak. Their siganture patin bakar tempoyak is really nice, a bit spicy tho. We ordered set salai masak lomak, not the best I think coz we found another daging salai masak lemak cili api more delicious in another place. The set along with pekasam. Ayam kampung goreng was also nice and flavourful. Give it a try if u want to taste the authentic Pahang food.
