Pantai ini sesuai untuk aktiviti santai seperti berkelah, bermandi-manda, bermain pasir, dan menikmati bayu laut yang menyegarkan. Kelebihan kawasan pantainya yang landai dan berpasir halus menjadikan ia selamat untuk aktiviti keluarga. Selain itu, pengunjung juga boleh melihat aktiviti para nelayan tempatan pulang dari laut, yang menjadi sebahagian daripada suasana asli dan unik di sini.
Dilengkapi dengan kemudahan asas seperti surau, tandas awam, gerai makanan dan kawasan letak kereta, Pantai Pelindung cukup mesra pengunjung walaupun tidak sepopular Teluk Cempedak atau Cherating.
Menariknya, terdapat cerita yang mengatakan nama pantai ini diambil sempena sejarah zaman penjajahan dahulu, di mana kawasan ini pernah menjadi tempat orang ramai mendapatkan perlindungan. Sama ada benar atau sekadar mitos, Pantai Pelindung tetap menjadi lokasi yang sesuai untuk menenangkan fikiran sambil menikmati keindahan ciptaan Tuhan yang belum tercemar.

3 months agoBeautiful beach, and the turtle mural is really magnificently painted. Can take a lot of great photos here. Was very windy when we came so the walk is a breeze. Don’t come from main entrance as it will be quite a long walk, instead drive further to stop at the edge. Much much closer this way

2 weeks agoIf you drive, do not follow this road. It’s for human walking n not for car. If your drive, park beside the housing area. You will see the area before you accidentally drive into the narrow road. Awesome beach and mural. 100% worth your time!

3 weeks agoWe reach around 5.25pm, no sunset today, but the sand when we walk in were very soft and thick, it was very difficult to walk on it. The beach was very wide with beautiful stones and waves ! The giant Stone turtle is very big ! You will enjoy walking along the beach and the fresh air here.

6 months agoInstead of parking nearby the entrance here, I walk my way from Pelindung Beach entrance which is around 2km+ Better to reach here before 7am to witness the beautiful sunrise and where the weather and temperature is just nice without burning your skin alive xD There will be a signature big sea turtle mural and do explore the area behind the it where it will bring you to another small sea turtle mural, the rocks and view towards it is mesmerising as well! Recommended for sure to clock in here if you are travelling around Kuantan area ;)
